Paul: Error 502, 404, 410
Everyone knows errors like HTTP 404. “File not found.” But how do they sound? Marcelina Wellmer came up with this smart sound installation. Using discarded hard disks with open tops and attached contact microphones she let the the viewer hear the physical error behind the software. Waiting for a Dubstep Remix now.
Doro and Oliver: 5 Million Dollars 1 Terrabyte, Art 404
This hard drive contains illegally downloaded and collected copyrighted software worth 5 million dollars. For a moment we thought about stealing the whole thing.
We also went to a panel about Anonymous Codes, disruption, virality, and the LULZ, saw way too many ASCII penises and had a Skype conference with a guy from Anonymous, hidden behind a mask, of course.
